- Zumba is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.
Total Body Workout with Joyce
- Mondays 6:30PM – 7:30PM
- Thursday 6:45PM – 7:45PM
- At the Stephen E. Johnston Beach Pavilion
- 30 classes
- Residents: $105.00
- Non-Residents: $157.00
- Classes include: step toning, circuit training, kick boxing, ball training, Tabata.
